New storage and shop facilities

RUMERY'S completes the renovation to our 1890s brick building.
Rumery's former "mill" has been gutted and renovated into a shop space that can handle
vessels to 60 feet and 16 ft beam.
New electrical service has been installed, along with a new concrete slab with radiant heating.
This provides the perfect facility for your refit or renovation.
At the same time our former workshop building has been dedicated to indoor heated storage.
Boats will be stored in a clean, heated space at a rate of $12 per square foot.
If you are looking for the best storage facility on the Maine coast, look no more.
Contact us today to reserve a space.

RUMERY'S PREPARES FOR FUTURE WITH LEAN TRAINING
Rumery's crew participates in a series of training sessions with a focus on eliminating waste and improving productivity. Assisted by funding from Maine's North Star Alliance WIRED grant, we have been working with Lisa Westberg and Christine Ohman of Lean Solutions by Infinite Services, Inc. Rumery's is strongly positioned for the future. Please let us know if you have any questions.
A NEW NAME FOR OUR TORPEDO-STERN 38
This boat will now be known as RUMERY’S 38
We have decided that the Rumery’s name is integral to the "branding" of this spectacular vessel.
This boat has a very slippery design and needs very little power to push her through the water.
The boat leaves no wake. This would make an excellent tender for a mega yacht.
Rumery’s is experimenting with a HYBRID propulsion sustem,
with an efficient electric drive, battery bank and high tech diesel generator.
Watch for new developments and the protoype.
