The crew at Rumery’s is experienced in major and minor repairs and restorations. Please look at our project pages to see some samples of our work. We have done major overhauls on two spectacular ALDEN CHALLENGER yawls. We are well equipped to restore wooden yachts, and will be happy to review your wooden boat repair project with you. Our crew is always anxious to get into an interesting project. We have lots of experience with Concordia yawls and sloops. |

SEASONAL YACHT STORAGE
Rumery's is a full service boat yard with staff certified in electronics, diesel and systems.
We work with wood, fiberglass, carbon fiber and prepreg carbon. We have one of the largest prepreg curing ovens in the state
Rumery's is very conveniently located. We can walk to the AMTRAK station. Boston is about 95 minutes south by car. A great place to store your boat. |

Rumery's ALERION 26
Rumery's Alerion 26 sloop on seatrials - simplicity itself - pure Herreshoff! Nat Herreshoff's original Alerion, now residing at Mystic Seaport Museum,
was for many years the boat he sailed himself.
Rumery's Alerion 26 is very close to Herreshoff's design. A boat that is easy to sail by yourself
or with a gaggle of grandchildren - or a spouse who is new to sailing.

Rumery's is a member of Maine Built Boats. This is a trade organization of quality Maine boatbuilders including Brooklin
Boat Yard, Portland Yacht Services, Hinckley Yachts (best known for their picnic boat), Hodgdon Yachts, Lyman-morse Boatbuilding, Rockport Marine, Six River Marine, Sabre, Wilbur, Morris Yachts (builders of the spectacular M29), and many others. Rumery's also supports the Maine Marine Trade Association in many ways.
We have delivered our first AVANTI class racing shells.
We are rebuilding a wonderful older Holland 22 - check for details.
